Live far from your parents?

Book and pay online or by phone. I’ll visit them, get it working, and text you when it’s done. You’ll get a receipt and a summary of what I fixed, so you can stop worrying about the next “Mom’s phone is broken” call.

Why is it set up this way?

Why isn’t live support truly unlimited?

Because it’s me, one person, doing the calls myself — not a call center. A cap of 4 (or 8, shared) live calls a month means I can actually pick up and give you real time, instead of rationing rushed answers to keep up with unlimited demand. Text and email questions stay unlimited because those don’t take me off another job.

Why $19–$39 when other services charge $11–$17?

Those cheaper plans are usually a call center reading from a script. With Just Call Jay you get the same person who’d show up at your door, who already knows your setup and remembers what we fixed last time.

Why is the in-home visit discounted instead of free?

A free visit built into a $19/month plan wouldn’t cover gas, drive time, or the visit itself — it would just get quietly taken away later. A real discount ($93 instead of $109) is one I can actually keep offering long-term.

What happens if I need more than the plan includes?

You’re never cut off mid-problem. Extra live calls are $12 each, and I’ll tell you up front the first time you’re close to the limit — no surprise charges.
